The RNS 315 touch-screen navigation/DAB

radio system with MP3 compatible CD player

features a 5 inch colour display with clearly

arranged map navigation to guide you to your

destination. Also featured is an SD card reader

and practical AUX-in socket for connecting

external audio devices such as an iPod or MP3

player. Optional on all S and Escape models,

and standard on all Match and R-Line models.

The RNS 510 touch-screen DVD navigation/

DAB radio system with rear-view camera

responds to spoken voice commands for

navigation, DVD, CD and radio functions, and

features a 6½ inch colour screen, 30 GB hard

drive with preloaded navigation data, SD card

reader, compatibility with MP3, WMA and DVD

video data les, and AUX-in socket for connection

to an external multimedia source such as an iPod

or MP3 player. The rear-view camera provides a

clear view to the rear of your Tiguan, transmitting

an undistorted live image to the 6½ inch colour

screen of the RNS 510. Optional on all models.

RCD 510 DAB radio system, RNS 315 navigation/DAB radio system

and RNS 510 DVD navigation/DAB radio system cannot be specied

in conjunction with each other.

DVD playback will not function whilst the navigation system is in use,

or the vehicle is in motion.

Bluetooth telephone connection for HFP



with multifunction leather trimmed steering

wheel, allows you to make and receive phone

calls via the audio system or multifunction

steering wheel. The phone book and call

information is displayed on the audio system’s

display and on the multifunction computer.

Optional on all S models and standard on

all other models. Image shows the

multifunction computer display on S models.

Phones must be Bluetooth HFP (Hands Free Prole) compatible,

please contact your authorised Volkswagen retailer for specic

phone compatibility.

The Multi Device Interface (MDI) with iPod and

USB cables enables you to connect and charge a

compatible device, while track selection is viewed

and selected via the vehicle’s radio system.

Specify this option on all S models and you also

get a handy front centre armrest. Optional on all

S and Escape models and standard on all Match

and R-Line models.

The RCD 510 touch-screen DAB radio/dash-

mounted MP3 compatible six CD autochanger

features a large 6½ inch colour display, with

intuitive menu navigation and touch-screen

operation. It also features an AUX-in socket

for connection to an external multimedia source

(e.g. iPod or MP3 player) and an SD card reader.

Optional on all S models, and standard on

Escape models.

Another addition to improve your journey’s

soundtrack is the ‘Dynaudio’ soundpack

incorporating an eight channel digital amplier.

It provides impressive acoustics and the highest

levels of audio pleasure, delivering 600 watts

through eight high performance speakers.

Optional on all models in conjunction with RCD

510 DAB radio system, RNS 315 navigation/DAB

radio system or RNS 510 DVD navigation/DAB

radio system.

The rear-view camera provides a clear view

to the rear of your vehicle, transmitting an

undistorted live image to your radio or

navigation system’s display, enabling you to

manoeuvre quickly and easily into the most

dicult parking space. Optional on all

models in conjunction with RNS 315

navigation/DAB radio system or RNS 510

DVD navigation/DAB radio system.
